These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the use of the self-hosted social media management tool (the "Service") operated by Lilopel B.V. ("we", "us", "our"). The Service is a self-hosted instance of the open-source software Postiz, used internally by Lilopel B.V. to schedule and publish content to social media accounts we operate or manage, including @djroomstudio.
The Service lets us connect our own social media accounts (such as TikTok and Meta/Instagram), upload media and captions, and schedule and publish posts to those accounts on our own behalf. The Service is for internal use by Lilopel B.V. and is not offered to the general public.
Only authorized personnel of Lilopel B.V. may use the Service. Users must keep their access credentials confidential and use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
When connecting a third-party platform, you authorize the Service to act on behalf of that account within the scopes you grant. Your use of each platform remains subject to that platform's own terms and policies, including:
You are responsible for ensuring that content published through the Service complies with the applicable platform policies and with all applicable laws, including intellectual-property and music licensing rules.
We are solely responsible for the content we upload and publish through the Service. We will not use the Service to publish unlawful, infringing, or platform-policy-violating content.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. As a self-hosted internal tool it may be unavailable, interrupted, or changed at any time. We do not guarantee that scheduled posts will be delivered on time or at all, including where a connected platform's API is unavailable or rejects a request.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lilopel B.V. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the latest version.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes shall be subject to the competent courts of the Netherlands.
