This Privacy Policy explains how Lilopel B.V. ("we", "us", "our") handles information in connection with our self-hosted social media management tool (the "Service"), which we use as a social media agency to schedule and publish content to the Instagram and other social media professional accounts of the artists and clients we represent (including DJ Room artists), on their behalf. The Service is a self-hosted instance of the open-source software Postiz and runs on our own server located in the European Union (Germany).
Lilopel B.V. operates the Service as a social media agency to manage Instagram professional (Business/Creator) accounts on behalf of the artists and clients we represent (including DJ Room artists), with their authorization. We act as a technology/agency provider: each connected account is owned by the artist or client, and we publish and schedule content to it on their behalf. We only connect accounts we are authorized to manage and never access personal (non-professional) accounts.
We use the information solely to operate the Service: to authenticate with the connected platforms, to upload media, and to create, schedule and publish posts to the social media accounts we manage, and to view the resulting status and metrics. We do not use it for advertising, profiling, or any unrelated purpose.
To publish content, we transmit the relevant media, captions and metadata to the platforms you have connected, in accordance with their APIs and policies:
We do not sell or rent any information, and we do not share it with other third parties except as required to operate the Service or comply with the law.
This application uses YouTube API Services to upload, publish and manage videos on the YouTube channel we operate. By connecting a YouTube channel you agree to the YouTube Terms of Service, and Google's handling of data is governed by the Google Privacy Policy.
We access YouTube/Google data only to: read basic channel and profile information (to show which channel is connected) and to upload and publish videos to the channel we manage. We do not use YouTube data for advertising or profiling, and we do not share it with any third party other than Google as required to operate the integration.
Storage and deletion of YouTube data. We store only the access and refresh tokens needed to maintain the connection, on our own server in the EU. These tokens are removed when you disconnect the channel in the Service. You can also revoke this application's access to your Google account at any time via the Google security settings page: https://myaccount.google.com/permissions (https://security.google.com/settings/security/permissions). To request deletion of any data we hold, contact us using the details below.
Data is stored on our own server in the European Union (Germany). Access tokens are stored to maintain the connection and are transmitted over encrypted (HTTPS) connections. Access to the server is restricted to authorized personnel of Lilopel B.V.
We retain connected-account tokens for as long as the account remains connected to the Service. You can disconnect an account at any time, which revokes and removes its tokens. Scheduled content is retained until it is published or deleted.
Because the connected accounts are owned by the artists and clients we represent, requests regarding the underlying platform data should also be directed to the relevant platform or the account owner.
